Jinan Fuen Equipment Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (later known as
"FOOEN RENTAL") received a letter of commendation from "Linde lienHwa" in the
temporary CDA and HPCDA supply services of the Beijing Semiconductor
Manufacturing Project, acknowledging and commending Fuen's outstanding
performance in the project.
This project belongs to the temporary supply of CDA and HPCDA during the blowing, debugging, trial production, and formal production stages of semiconductor/integrated circuit projects. The project has high requirements for stability, air quality (excluding water, oil, and dust), stable gas pressure, large gas supply, long operating time span, and extremely harsh operating environment (experiencing two high temperatures in summer, one low temperature in winter, more willow catkins in spring and summer, and frequent storms and snow). This puts forward extremely high requirements for the reliability of the overall solution of the supplier, the adaptability of the equipment in multiple environments, the technical level of the operation and maintenance team, the rich experience of electronic gas, and the unique details of electronic gas supply processing, which are different from general engineering leasing.
This project has also created multiple industry records: the largest scale of temporary electronic gas supply equipment (16 sets/46 air compressors&dryers), the maximum power (400kw) supported by independent technology, and the long-term zero fault stable operation of air-cooled oil-free screw machines. It is the first large-scale, long-term, and comprehensive leasing gas supply service project in the industry involving multiple links of integrated circuit projects.
